Terms of Service
1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking confirmation will be sent via email within 2 hours of your inquiry. A 25% deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due on the day of the tour.
2. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full tour price.
3. Cruise Ship Guarantee
We guarantee all cruise ship passengers will be returned to the port with ample time before departure. In the unlikely event of a delay caused by Wicked Adventures Roatan, we will arrange alternative transportation at our expense.
4. Safety & Liability
Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. Wicked Adventures Roatan maintains comprehensive insurance coverage and follows strict safety protocols. Guests are required to follow all safety instructions provided by our guides.
5. Weather Policy
Tours may be modified or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered at no additional charge.
